Jeff Dunham Dayton, OH Show 5/15/09

Last night while attending the Jeff Dunham show in Dayton, I spotted this purse. I asked the lady about it, and turns out it was from Saks a couple of years ago. I can't imagine what she paid for it, but it is a beautiful purse. Can anyone identify the stitch used? I got a look at the base and it appeared to be just sc in the round, nothing too fancy.

It looks like DC cross stitch, alternating with solid rows. Of course, that's all I can see in the pix. When I enlarged it, it pixelated pretty badly.

We saw Jeff Dunham last September in Northern Kentucky. He was great! Unfortunately I had a bad cold and couldn't really laugh real well. LOL. BTW, I don't immediately recognize the stitch pattern on that cute bag.

to me that looks like a v-stich without the ch1 in between.... can't really tell though since the photo is a bit pixelated when enlarged
