Pug sweater

:thinkI'm looking for a sweater made specifically for a pug. Their chest is deeper, necks wider, backs shorter, which means the stomachs have to have a deeper cut out. I'm very tired of having to wash sweaters every other day.

This is a method I developed when we were doing a "Duds for Doggies" CAL a while back.

The point of this pattern is that you can make it specifically to fit your dog. This pattern (generally) covers the back only as there is no chest section and no legs. Every time I have made one of these for a dog, the owner has said that "It's the only sweater s/he will wear". It seems that most dogs don't like the leg parts. :dog
