Pattern Conundrum

I am working on an afghan called the Peppermint Candy Afghan, it was a free leaflet put out by Peachs N Cream Yarns. I am stuck and was wondering if anyone out there might want to give me a hand understanding what the pattern is asking me!!

I don't have a copy of the pattern, but if you want to post the pattern for the row that is giving you a headache, I'll try to help you out!

I've managed to find the website for Peaches & Creme yarns, but they don't have any of the free patterns listed, just the yarns... Do you have the leaflet still? If you have a scanner, or don't mind typing it out, can you post it and we'll try and help with it?

 

I did find this Candy Cane Afghan pattern put out by Coats and Clark. And a Candy Stripes pattern put out by Leisure arts.
