I've been gifted!

My aunt, who used to knit and crochet, sent me a big box of her knitting supplies. :yay In it was quite a bit of yarn but also how-to books, patterns, many different sizes of needles - some are vintage, stitch holders, point protectors, DPNs, circulars, yarn bobbins, all kinds of gadgets I don't have because I'm just starting out. Even 2 sweaters she started but didn't finish. Truth be told, all I had was a couple of pairs of plastic and aluminum needles. That was about it. Yarn I've got everywhere because of my crochet habit (remind me to destash someday) but I love yarn! :yarn I must give her a big hug when I see her again! :hug She stopped her crafts when she got carpal tunnel and went thru a very difficult set of operations. She will never go back so she gave me her stuff. She also told me that my Aunt Claire crochets. I never knew that! Seems we have some closet crocheters in the family. :lol I'm going to go play with my presents. :knit
