Newborn Hat Pattern

I typed up the baby hat I have been making.

 

Worsted Weight yarn

Newborn hat: G hook: 14 inches around.

 

Round 1: Chain 5 and make ring. Ch 2 (not a dc), 12 dc in ring. Join in first dc. (12 dc)

Round 2: Chain 2, dc in same stitch as chain 2. 2 dc in each stitch around. (24 dc)

Round 3: Chain 2, *2dc in next stitch, dc in next st* repeat around, join in first dc. (36 dc)

Round 4-8: Chain 2, dc in each dc around.

Round 9: Chain 1, hdc in each dc around, fasten off and weave in ends.
