Here is a second hat I'd like to open to testing. It is modeled by an attorney where I work here in Northern Ky. I call the look on his face the "I didn't steal the cookies Mom" look. LOL.

what exactly is a tester, just someone that makes the pattern to make sure everything is ok?

Yes, they use the pattern and make the product. They look for errors in the pattern, errors in counts, things that didn't work etc.
