Beyond the Square Crochet Motifs

:)I just picked up this book by Edie Eckman(she wrote the crochet answer book) and can't wait to try some of the motifs. There are 144 patterns of circles, hexagons, triangles, squares and other unexpected shapes. Great colour photos and she has used brightly coloured yarns to make the motifs. Plus great instructions on how to join them as well as other stuff. It's a good book.

I'm in Canada and had preordered it through Chapters Indigo Bookstores. I paid a discounted price of just over $16.00 but it retails for 21.99. It was just published last month. I image Amazon would have it. Hope this helps you.

i have this. went to look in person at barnes & noble and was able to restrain self to wait and order online.

 

I like the organization by shape and can't wait to try out a hexagon or triangle sampler some day.

 

the cool updated use of colors is very idea inspiring.
