Nylon twine

I have started making purses with this. When I started, Hobby Lobby had it in all colors, but now I can only find black, white, khaki, navy. I would love to make custom bags for sale, but feel kind of limited now!

 

The thread/twine is hard to work with, but makes really durable purses. I make just a sling type shoulder bag now, but plan to incorporate a zipper in my future ones. (I don't know how to post a picture, but I have a digital cam so could maybe learn) They really do turn out nicely and the thread makes them look very professional.

 

Back to problem...... does anyone know of a internet site that I could find some of this?

:hookI have a **huge** ball of nylon (I think, it is certainly synthetic) twine which I found very hard to work with. I'd appreciate it if you could give me some ideas....

Oh, shoot! I haven't really thought about doing anything else with it! I suppose it would make some very durable place mats? Yes, it is hard to work with for sure.

 

I have never dyed yarn before either. I have read several of the posts about it, tho, and it looks like fun.
