I don't remember where, I think it was on here, but someone said that they make their own. I think they ran wide ribbon through their printer and then sewed it on to their items. They said that it looked very professional. You might run a search for it.

I know you can make your own with printing on iron on paper and then ironing it onto ribbon but I have never figured it out.

I bought some of the "crocheted for you by" with the green edging and rose on it. I don't care for them as I was wanting something a little more "hip" but they work. :shrug

I make my own with a piece of Cardstock, a hole punch and a ribbon.

 

I use my computer to print the tags with the wording then punch a hole in the end of it and tie it to the project (I wrap the gift with another piece of ribbon to present it). I think it adds a more personal touch to the project.:hook
