Any ideas for a boy's hat?

I'd like to make a hat for my four year old nephew. Any ideas on patterns? I've found some great girly ones for my niece but not a boy's pattern.

I really like this one for a little boy ... basically, its a rectangle shape, and yes, it looks like a rectangle shape on the head. On the two points at the top of the head, you put tassles. I'm sure there's a pattern for it somewhere out there.

If you're looking for a hat for the summer, the "Gone Fishin' Hat" by Suzie is a great choice! I made a couple for my lil' nephew and he and his mom love them!

Thanks ladies! I've seen the train hat, but think it's a little out of my league. Maybe the fishing hat would work.

It looks wicked cute in cotton I made a lil' one for Danny, a larger one for my daughter, and even a grown-up one for my mom!

My boyfriend LOVES beanies, and I've made him a few from this pattern: Easy Single Crochet Hat. It only takes me about an hour and a half to finish one; they're easy, and it's easy to adjust the size for kids. (Btw, I always make mine without the brim. They look like this.)

 

Another one he might like is the Double Crochet Sports Hat. I've never tried it, but I think it's adorable.
