Baby Afghan Square w/Large Rose in Center

I was in an office today when a lady was crocheting a large colorful granny square afghan with a large rose standing up in the center of the blanket. It was so beautiful. The woman did not speak english only Tonga which I did not but she did say she did not use a pattern only by instinct...If anyone has seen such a baby afghan with rose in center and square eminating around it....let me know...
