crochet hook sizes

I want to create a hook case. I want to make a spot for ALL sizes of crochet hooks (not thread steels). I am going from size B up. I recently discovered that they have hooks sized M and bought one. I do not have a hook sized O or L. Now I find that they do make these. I also find that they make hooks sized S. I don't know what all sizes are out there. Can you help me?

Well let me throw in another one. There is now a 4.5mm called a 7 Hook with is between the G and H. Check Herrschners below for B thru N in Susan Bates.

I have Q & P but not there is an O and S? And I thought I finally had them all:eek.

I recently bought a Susan Bates set of L, M, N, P ~ so I know they exist.

 

I think the O is skipped. I've never seen O listed anywhere.

 

My big wooden hooks for working on rugs didn't come with any size designation. I suppose they could be measured around for mm to figure an approximation.

I have the L,M,N I have never heard of a O Ill have to look for one. I have heard of P and Q but dont have any. Interesting.
