EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES

This evening on television that Disney movie, "The Emperor's New Clothes" came on. Of course that is one of my husband's favorite movies, even though my kids could have cared less..we started watching it. There is a part in the movie where that llama handed the guy something...the llama was talking about how nice it was and what kind of wool..blah blah. The man says his wife made it...the llama said knit? the man said "no crochet!".

Of course that's not their exact words, but I was excited to have a "sighting" lol

I saw that part and I was thinking about posting about that,

I think they were talking about his poncho, the one he

had on.My niece is just telling that man's name is

poncho(sp?)That made me laugh :rofl

My older boys wanted me to make them "ponchos like Pacha's" because of "The Emporer's New Groove." Every time they see it, they remind me about their ponchos.

 

Kuzko: Umm, thanks.

Pacha: You're welcome.

Kuzko: That's really nice.

Pacha: Yeah, my wife made it.

Kuzko: Oh, she knits?

Pacha: Crochets.

Kuzko: Oh.

 

Can you tell I've seen the movie one too many times?

lol, i said New Clothes instead of "new groove". See how many times I have seen the movie? I'm a Nemo fan, pure and simple!

Anyway...your boys are adorable. LOVE the ponchos!
