Materials:

Yarn and matching hook

Stuffing

Yarn needle

Eyes of your choice

 

This pattern is done mostly in the round. Do not join rounds unless otherwise noted.

 

Body (make 1):

Ch 4, sl st in first ch to form a ring.

 

Rd 1: 6 sc

Rd 2: two sc in each sc = 12 sc

Rd 3: [1 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 4: [2 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 5: [3 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 30 sc

Rd 6: [4 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 36 sc

Rd 7: [5 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 42 sc

Rd 8: [6 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 48 sc

Rd 9: [7 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 54 sc

Rd 10: [8 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 60 sc

Rd 11-14: 1 sc in each sc around = 60 sc

Rd 15: [8 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 54 sc

Rd 16-17: 1 sc in each sc around = 54 sc

Rd 18: [7 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 48 sc

Rd 19: [6 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 42 sc

Rd 20: 1 sc in each sc around = 42 sc

Rd 21: 13 sc, sc2tog, [1 sc, sc2tog] 5 times, 6 sc = 36 sc

Rd 22-23: 1 sc in each sc around = 36 sc

Rd 24: [4 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 30 sc

 

Rd 25-28: 1 sc in each sc around = 30 sc

Rd 29: [3 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 30: 1 sc in each sc around = 24 sc

Rd 31: [2 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 32: [1 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 12 sc

Fasten off, leaving long tail for sewing.

 

Head (make 1):

Ch 4, sl st in first ch to form a ring.

 

Rd 1: 6 sc

Rd 2: two sc in each sc = 12 sc

Rd 3: [1 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 4: [2 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 5: [3 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 30 sc

Rd 6: [4 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 36 sc

Rd 7: [5 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 42 sc

Rd 8: [6 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 48 sc

Rd 9: [7 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 54 sc

Rd 10-13: 1 sc in each sc around = 54 sc

Rd 14: [7 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 48 sc

Rd 15: [6 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 42 sc

Rd 16: 1 sc in each sc around = 42 sc

Rd 17: [5 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 36 sc

Rd 18: [4 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 30 sc

Rd 19: [3 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 20: [2 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 21: [1 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 12 sc

 

Stuff firmly

 

Rd 22: sc2tog 6 times = 6 sc

Fasten off, pull the remaining 6 sc together and sew tightly, weave in ends.

 

Leg (make 2):

Ch 4, sl st in first ch to form a ring.

 

Rd 1: 6 sc

Rd 2: two sc in each sc = 12 sc

Rd 3: [1 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 4: [2 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 5: [3 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 30 sc

Rd 6-7: 1 sc in each sc around = 30 sc ---> Change Colour

Rd 8-9: 1 sc in each sc around = 30 sc

Rd 10: [3 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 24 sc

 

Rd 11: [2 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 12-20: 1 sc in each sc around = 18 sc

Rd 21: [1 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 12 sc

Rd 22: 1 sc in each sc around = 12 sc

Fasten off, leaving long tail for sewing.

 

Arm (make 2):

Ch 4, sl st in first ch to form a ring.

 

Rd 1: 6 sc

Rd 2: two sc in each sc = 12 sc

Rd 3: [1 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 4: [2 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 5: [3 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 30 sc

Rd 6-7: 1 sc in each sc around = 30 sc ---> Change Colour

Rd 8-9: 1 sc in each sc around = 30 sc

Rd 10: [3 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 11: [2 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 12-20: 1 sc in each sc around = 18 sc

Horn (make 2):

Ch 4, sl st in first ch to form a ring.

 

Rd 1: 6 sc

Rd 2: two sc in each sc = 12 sc

Rd 3: [1 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 4: [2 sc, 2sc in following sc] 6 times = 24 sc

Rd 5-6: 1 sc in each sc around = 24 sc

Rd 7: [2 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 18 sc

Rd 8: [1 sc, sc2tog] 6 times = 12 sc

Rd 9-11: 1 sc in each sc around = 12 sc

Fasten off, leaving long tail for sewing.

 

Ear (make 2):

Ears are crocheted in rows.

 

R 1: ch 6, 1 sc in 2nd

ch from hook, 3 sc in next 3 ch, 3 sc in last ch, turn work, crochet on the

under side of beginning chain. 4 sc, ch 1, turn

R 2: 4 sc, [2 sc in next sc] 3 times, 4 sc, ch 1, turn

R 3: 4 sc, [2 sc in next sc] 6 times, 4 sc, ch 1, turn

Fasten off, weave in ends.

 

Mouth (make 1)

Ch 5, work as the ears over both sides of beginning chain, but this time join rounds with sl st

 

Rd 1: 2 sc in 2 nd

ch from hook, 2 sc, 3 sc in last chain, turn, 2 sc, sl st in turning ch

Rd 2: 1 sc, [2 sc in next sc] 3 times, 2 sc, [2 sc in next sc] 3 times, 2 sc, sl st in first sc

Rd 3: 2 sc, [2 sc in next sc] 2 times, 6 sc, [2 sc in next sc] 2 times, 4 sc, sl st in first sc

Rd 4: [2 sc in next sc] 6 times, 4 sc, [2 sc in next sc] 6 times, 4 sc, sl st in first sc

Rd 5-7: 1 sc in each sc around, join with sl st

Rd 8: 6 sc, sc2tog 2 times, 14 sc, sc2tog 2 times, 1 sc, sl st in first sc

Rd 9: 1 sc in each sc around, join with sl st

 

Finishing:

Stuff all open pieces and assemble like seen in the first picture. Add eyes and embroider

mouth and nose.
