looking for wine bottle bag pattern

Hello out there!! Does anyone have a pattern for a wine bottle gift bag? I would like to make some up for hostess gifts.....

You could crochet it like a small hat pattern but continue it longer and then for the top just hdc and skip a stitch around then put a drawsting through that.
