Delma's Diagonal Stitch

Has anyone seen this booklet? I've been looking at the pictures of it and the technique looks quite interesting, but I'm wondering if it's really worth spending $10 on a 24 page booklet just to learn one technique.

 

Opinions greatly desired.

There are several sites with the technique on, look at those before you spend. Zaraliz

Look on CPC for the "diagonal brick stitch" and you'll learn how to do the stitch; if you want the patterns, wait 6 months and it'll probably go on clearance for a few dollars. The "specialty" books usually do.

Thanks for the information. I found the link at CPC to the very nicely done tutorial for this technique and printed it out.

 

I think I will wait and see if the price goes down some point in the future. Or, at least until the husband has a new job and money isn't so tight.

 

In the meantime, at least I can learn how to do this, because it really looks nice.
