Not sure if this is where this post belongs. Could someone tell me how to post a link. Everytime I try to post a link it comes up an error page.

What I do is:

 

go to the link

click on the address bar [where it says http://www etc]; this should select [highlight] the URL

press the ctrl key and the "c" key at the same time to copy

go to your post

press the ctrl key and the "p" key at the same time to paste

If you're trying to post a link to a copyrighted pattern, the software here at C'ville will automatically make it inaccessible. But otherwise, the information given in the previous post is what you need to do!

Thanks for the info. I was trying to link to another 'Ville thread to help someone with a shawl pattern. Everytime I did, I would get the error message.
