Hey Texas ladies! I haven't lived there for years, but was born in Kingsville and raised in Alice and McAllen. From the comments my brother always got on the crocheted things I sent him, there didn't seem to be many crocheters in McAllen or Brownsville where he taught school. If you ever shop across the border, I recommend getting Omega thread. It's made in Mexico and really inexpensive there. I really like it!
