Has anyone made this pattern? It is cute, but I'd like it if it hung more straight instead of so form fitting.

i recently printed that pattern out as part of my "to do" list.

 

i haven't read through it, but perhaps it is form fitting because of the model it is on - in other words, maybe it doesn't have as much shaping as is first apparent.

 

but if it does, maybe instead of doing the decreasing and increasing, you could go with the base pattern and just make it straight...

True. I haven't read through it either. I was just anxious to see photos if anyone has made it on the 'ville.

I would guess that it has negative ease so it will fit closely as it is an open pattern. it will likely be a straight tube off the human form. (A quick skimming did not reveal any increases and decreases through the mid portion)
