Felted doggie blanket

this was my first time felting. This was the LB felted dog mat or blanket.. I don't remember for sure what it was called. I made it for a friend of mine for her boston terrier, who i am told loved it.

 

 

 

I have to say i loved this project. it was soo neat to see it felted at the end.

Wow! That looks great. Looks like an indian design. What yarn and color did you use?

I just used Pattons verigated wool. it was i think either single or double crochets i can't remember. but that is just how the yarn came together.. everyone thought that I designed it to look that way.

That's very pretty, I know you'll have a happy puppy. I should make one for my SarahJane, she's going to find winter a chilly surprise I think.
