but I can't understand what to do here
(Under the red thread section)
ROW 3: ch 1, dec in same and next st, hdc in next 9 st, dec in next 2 st,
hdc in last 9, sl st to first hdc.
ROW 4: ch 1, dec in same and next st, hdc in next 8 st, dec, hdc in last 8
st, sl st to first st.
Can anyone post me a video link for the dec part? I think I know the rest.
