Question
wendyswoolies
I need some help with a Rowan Pattern "Jasmine" from Rowan 39. I knit this cardigan a year ago but since then it has been languishing unfinished because it has a lacey crocheted edging (which I didn't realise when I started knitting) and I can't crochet!
Well, I couldn't a year ago, in the last month or so I have been teaching myself to crochet and have just begun the edging. I managed the first 6 rounds fin but then got stuck with this direction on round 7
"1ss into next ch sp by going down into ch sps of previous rounds and back up and across into next round"
I understand "1ss into next ch sp" but I don't understand the bit about going down into the previous rounds and back up and across..."
Have tried to do it a couple of ways and am getting very confused. Please can someone help!!!
