and by the way, great looking kids. my 19 month old is also tube fed(mic-key) and trached, but not vented.

Aww I hope he is doing ok. My trach baby has been through a lot... so I know what its like

 

I hope the pattern works for you! I also could not find one that I liked that was suitable for my needs.. I really needed a wrap type because the others were just too hard to manage with my youngest and his pulse-ox.. this is working out great.. and my oldest loves his.. He keeps seeing it and wants to wear it
