Help Can someone

take my hand and lead me to some light weight patterns for scarfs for the swap? This is my first time and the only patterns I have seen are for heavy yarns. HELP

I don't know of any particular patterns, but this is what I did to get a light scarf. I looked through my 63 Squares book and found an open stitch I liked. Then, I just used baby yarn for the scarf. It turned out light and airy, much more so than any of the patterns I've seen on the internet.

Thanks that sounds like a good idea. I can make heavy ones but really dont wear any in the summer.
