Need help on pattern

Question

Finished doing the spiderman round ripple, I am now confused over the "ribs" of the web. It states to attach yarn in a ch 2 space at the top then to ch 3, sl st in ch-2 space of next round. How do I slip stitch in a ch-2 space?

:think It is a little tricky to get going but you will get it.

Hold the yarn behind the work and hook through.

The other thing you could do to simplify the whole thing is to crochet a chain and thread it through each chain space row.

Just make sure you do them all the same length and make them a bit longer than you think they need to be so they dont gather up your ripple.

Hope this helps.

Have fun.
