I think so, too! There was also a rectangular granny comforter on a chair behind Effie's daughter in one scene - I think it was where they were listening to her version of "One Night Only" on the radio.

Yup. Looked like crochet to me. I rented it on the way home and watched it while a batch of meatballs was cooking. I cried. I like the way it ended. I won't ruin it for anyone, but if you're like me, bring your tissues!
