personalized tags

Does anyone use personalized tags in something they make??

 

If yes do you only put them in items that you desiged the pattern for or everything you make???

My sewing machine does embroidery when it's in a good mood (!) and I often make size tags for grandchildren's clothes or personalized monogram tags for adult recipients of clothing. I used to do this by hand until I got this sewing machine. I make them on a bit of satin with thread to coordinate with the garment and they have so far only gone into clothes. Here is a sample which obviously is a standard Big Four pattern...

I've got some ordered from Herrschners. They say made by (or crocheted by), so I'd put them on anything I make.

I put them in everything I make. We put in lots of hours so we might as well sign our work!!!!!
