Lion Brand Cotton-Ease? It is very wonderful, a good value. They have a nice range of colors. It is not as heavy or stiff as all cotton yarns due to the acrylic addition. It washes well too. I think it is a fine choice for all kinds of projects, especially for things that the recipient will want to wash a lot.

I love the way this yarn feels. It's thick and warm, like a heavy-weight-worsted, but the garment you make isn't heavy at all when finished. I bought some before it was "discontinued" and the colors were a bit too bright. I think they had designed them for kid's clothes. The new colors are great; rich and warm and fashionable. I can't wait to use these new ones.
