Penguin Feet - HELP

I made this guy for my DD's 15th birthday. She loves him, but is disturbed by the fact he has no feet. Any suggestions as to making him some feet.

 

 

I started out using a pattern, but then went to a larger hook and different yarn so I just winged it. He wound up being about 8 inches tall and I used some eyelash yarn for his hair tufts and belly.

 

Anyone have any suggestions for the footless penguin problem at my house???

a couple of shell stitches should work as round feet, if they're not big enough you can add another row of dc on top

For fast & sturdy feet, you could cut out some black felt & glue it to cardboard. Then use a glue gun to glue the feet on to your adorable penguin, or use a thin needle to sew them to his bottom end.

 

If you want all of him to be crochet, take Nutsaboutcrochet13's suggestion on shells & glue them to cardboard so he is sturdy.
