Happy Times Children's Center is located in Douglas Arizona a couple of miles from the Mexican border. The center services both children and developmentaly disabled adults. Many of these children's parents came to this country with nothing but the clothes on their back. They are in desperate need of warm wear.

When did you need these by? I have a craft show I am doing the weekend of the 8th, 9th and 10th. I am sure I will have some hats left after the show.
