Just wanted to let everyone know that Annie's Attic is having a clearance sale right now. There were alot of crochet leaflets for 50 to 99 cents. About 24 pages of sale items. They have high shipping costs (I think). Hope this helps.

Their shipping isn't too bad. It goes by purchase price (which I don't understand.) Anyway, went to check out the pattern of the day, forgot what it was, and bought a few things pretty cheap.

I just placed an order for Fun With Easy Tunisian Cable Hook (sale price 99 cents, down from the regular price of $16.99!), Easy Tunisian Cable Hook Afghans (also 99 cents; regularly $5.99) and our own Crochetkim's Tunisian Baby Blankets (not on sale, but happy to support a fellow 'Ville member and I know her patterns are great).

 

I just learned that "Easy Tunisian" is Carolyn Christmas' line of large Tunisian crochet hooks and patterns based on them. I figured it will be a good way to learn Tunisian crochet and it should go pretty fast since the hooks are large. Once I get the hang of it, I can try Kim's beautiful baby blankets.
