help for a size 4 vest & hoodie

There's a hooded poncho type garment on lion brand site that fits up to a 3 year old. Is this anything like what you need?

If the pattern is for multiple sizes, you can look at the details for each size and there usually is a pattern in the increases. For example, if the pattern says ch 30 for size 2, ch 34 for size 3, you could probably do ch 38 for a size 4. If you take this route, it might be easier to adjust the size than using a larger/smaller hook. I hope this helps you in your search!
