Tea Cosy

DawnsRays

Question

Does anyone have a pattern for or know where I can get a pattern for a crochet tea cozy? I've tried both Crochet Pattern Central and Star Gazers crochet links. I've only found 2 and they are both non appealing.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks~ DAWN

I am never happy with tea cosy patterns, there are just too many variations in teapots! :) What I've done with both knitting and crochet is to make two rectangles and sew them together - leaving a gap on each end for spout and handle. I then use a pompon chain to draw up the top. It works!
