CELL PHONE PATTERN - certain one -FOUND IT!!!

I am making myself crazy. I can't locate a pattern I was "saving " to make . It's for a cell phone pouch you wear around your neck. It is made of chenille with a big tassal on the bottom, I think. Any help would be greatly appreciated to maintane my sanity!!!
