Anyone out there from Oklahoma that crochets? I'm in the OKC/Norman/Moore area and would love to meet some friendly faces and maybe get together to crochet. I've been here a year now, moved from Las Vegas, and still haven't been out much or met anyone.

I'm in the Norman area- we have a very active crochet community. Hope you're starting to meet people, I both love and hate that part about moving. Have you joined the yahoo groups OK crochet? I know they meet up monthly but haven't made a meeting yet. I'm also involved in several local charity crochet groups that are a lot of fun.

Lawton is in Southern OK, home to a beautiful "mountain" range (I use the term loosely) roughly 2 hours south of OKC. It's really a beautiful area.
