finger nails and crochet

i type at work for 12 hours at a time and keep my nails as short as i can. i do like the tips from the salon but am too lazy to keep them up. i guess i should my hands look better. but they have to be really short to crochet with.

I am so used to having my nails long (unless the break) that I don't even notice! I think that they help me much more than they hinder. They tend to be helpful for lots of things!

I tend to keep mine short. I'm a programmer so I type all day. Plus, I just don't think long nails would look good on me.
