:cheerWow!! What a shock to see this old thread pop up after all these years.

A lot of water has gone under the bridge since I made that doily.

I am so glad it has inspired others to give this idea a try.

I just bought some coloured cottons to make Trailing Vine Scarves for summer but I still have miles of the cream cotton used in the Spiral Doily.

It has worked up beautifully as Dish Cloths too.
