What does the "Sc in 1st 2 st" part meant?

 

I know Sc means single crochet, but 1st second stitch? or what?

I'm pretty sure what that means is that you do one single crochet in the first 2 stitches, then in the next (third) stitch, you do 2 single crochets., and repeat that pattern. So basically, you are increasing on every third stitch. It's a bit vague... can you add another line of the pattern. What comes before and what comes after round 20?

 

You need to wind up with 16 stiches at the end of round 20. How many stitches do you have at the end of round 19?

Ok, Here's What It Is Saying You Are Going To Sc In The First Two Single Crochet Stitches. That Done, You Will Then Put Two Sc In The Next Stitch Any You Will Repeat What You Just Did. But, Make Sure You Use A Stitch Marker As You Can Get Lost Easily.
