Do you crochet for process or end?

I crochet to see the finished project... although I may work on several projects... I will give myself a deadline to have them completed and the closer I get to completing it... the more likely I will wake up the next day with bags under my eyes... but a happy crocheter when I look at the finished project.

I think I am definite a balance between the two. I truly enjoy the process of crocheting because it forces me to sit and relax, or else I would be anal about something.

 

But I do crochet with a purpose. I cannot just crochet just to crochet. I have to NEED the project to be done.

I have to say that maybe I'm not ALWAYS an end result person. If it's a fun pattern, I like the process, but if it's very repetitive and monotonous, I will try to just get through it to see the end result.
