my mom has been a thread crocheter for years. She would like to know if Decrotive Crochet or magic crochet are still available to get and how.

The only place i can find them is on ebay..and i buy alot of them

Last time I bought them at Publix (a grocery store, for non-Floridians). This was some months ago. Don't know if they're still available. I'll look next time I go.

I believe I read that Magic Crochet is no longer being published, but I could be wrong. I know there was a discussion quite a while back about it, and I sent all I had to a lady who was in love with them.

Both Decorative and Magic crochet are still being published. Just look for Crochet Monthly. One month it's also Decorative Crochet, the next Magic Crochet. The magazine looks the same except for the name, and now it only prints 12 or 13 patterns.
