Knit to crochet pattern converter?

do you guys know if there is a website that will convert knitting patterns into crochet patterns? I find it would be to hard to attempt on my own.

Thanks for the links Knit-errant...I have a knitting pattern that's in German that I'm going to convert to crochet...I do know how to knit, but I'm on a knitting strike for the time being. The links are informative if nothing else, in determining how much more yarn to get...approximately 1/3 more...

I own two books that are alll about converting a knitting pattern into a crochet pattern. The first one is "From Knit to Crochet" and the other is "Needles to Hooks". Both seem really nice. I havn't converted anything, yet. I keep finding to many projects that I want to do to spend time converting.
