I have this manager whom I don't know what to give for chistmas . she has admired my crocheting but I am not sure what to give her .

Yes, it's hard making things for people you don't know too well... I love the plastic bag holder. Also, don't forget about a dish towel/cloth set. I've never known anyone not to like them... If you can find out a little about the person that helps...

 

One of my co-workers is a very devote Christian so I'm making her a prayer shawl and will give her a card to explain exactly what it is. I know that she will just love it... Now, the other co-worker I'm making for, that's a different story. She's a hard one to figure out so she's getting a small purse...

Also, matching scarfs/mittens/hat sets always go over pretty well for people you don't know too well. You just need to find out what color of coat they have and you are all set!

thanks for the subjestion . I need to check into the dish cloth set. do you know of a site with a pattern that can be done up quick?

I love dishcloth sets as they are quick and easy. I can usually knock out both a towel and cloth in one day. Crochet Pattern Central has several great dishcloths. I just posted my original pattern for a "Snowcapped Dish Set"... Actually I don't have the pattern on my site yet, but if you'd like to make it let me know and I can e-mail it to you...
