Pretty Kitty Doily by Judy Jagel in Aunt Lydia's Black Pinstripes with a 1.5 MM hook.  About 15 inches across. 

I'm still undecided on this.  I like the pattern - I've made it few times - but the thread I'm not sure about.

Thanks everyone!  I feel better about the thread.  Sometimes the multi-color threads just don't fit well with some patterns, y'know? With this one it looks like a good match.
