I found these charms at JoAnn today. Half of the group went to the spouse as stitch markers.

My half I made into hook minders since I tend to have many WIPs but swap favorite hooks.

Those are adorable, and good idea on the 'hook minders'.  i think they'd make me crave a snack, tho....

I'm a bit old fashioned and print my patterns out, plus I often tweak things (sometimes including hook size) and make notes, so I just scribble on the pattern.
