hi! this is my first post here and i hope someone can help me! hopefully, some day i'll be able to return the favor :'D

so want to start this, and from what i found online i have to use something called the filet crochet technique (correct me if i'm wrong). my main concern is the cross and the ribbing but i think i can manage with the rest. does anyone have any pattern/video or advice that could help me? i'm new to crochet so everything helps!

I am pretty sure the sweater is knitted and not crocheted.  If you scroll down it actually says "with denser knitting in the shape of a cross"
