I had to make a  few modification for my Black style tote due to the location of the straps...I use small key rings in place of the button straps with larger key rings in the strap area...with carribeaner clips...I also use 2 safety pins in the middle to keep the organizer in place inside the tote...works great!!

Beige tote bag which is my work bag I created a smaller size organizer I was able to use the basic strap concept....

Very Kewl!  I paid $60 to have one made for my huge tote.  I never even thought to do it myself! 

What are the binder clips for?

Sorry for the delay the binder clips are just on my bag because I use them for work they're not part of the actual project.... I use them on my notebooks and other little random things...
