Crochet stitch combination name

Question

Does anyone know what this stitch combination is called 1 double crochet chain 3 and 1 slip stitch in the same space eg moss sledge or other

Not every crochet transaction had a name.  Crochet stitch names, beyond the basics (SC, chain, and so on) are sort of useless; some stitch combos have many names, and some names apply to a number of completely different stitches, other names apply to a whole family of similar-but-not-identical stich combinations. 

Where I have encountered that nameless instruction is in lace items, where you want make a shape that rises from the 'floor' of the row, and then dips back down, so it looks like this ...||... instead of making  that shape with chains across the top of the stitches like °°°||°°°.  So the chain (chains, in this example) takes the place of a DC.
