Odd stitch - Treble over treble!

Tygon

Question

Hi! So I was working on a pattern I found on Pinterest and I have come across a funny stitch, it looks like three trebles over another treble - in one go! There is a little explanation of the stitches included in the pattern, but it is in German. I'll leave an image below where you can see how it looks like (there are two variations of the stitch).

And, in case you are curious, this is the pattern I'm following. So far it is turning out lovely!

That is interesting; at first glance I thought it was a little 'flower' sprouting out of the top of the big one (which wouldn't be impossible if you stopped in the middle of the big flower, chained up for the little flower's stem, finished the little flower, and slip stitched back down the little flower's stem and completed the big flower).

Either one of them would make a cool edging...
