Pattern help

Hello all! 

  I was browsing around on some youtube crochet channels and came across this scarf/shawl that looks extremely pretty and I know I've seen the pattern somewhere before but can't think of the name.

The scarf/shawl pattern I am looking for is at 9:54 in the video.

That is pretty, 'wave' popped into my head but no idea if that's right.  You could almost do a screen capture, print it out and count the stitches, the way she's holding it spread out.  I'll see if I can find something close...
