Rasta Hat

My son wanted a rasta hat and dreadlocks, so this is what I came up with. I used Dots OWATA Hat and felted the dreads they were just a chain, 2 strands , slip stitched along the back ridge to give a nice rope then felted I used patons classic wool thats the first time I felted. I think it turned out pretty realistic. Corse its funny to see him with hair of any kind he usually keeps his about 1/4 inch, as you can see peeking out of the top of the hat.
